As I was catching up on Tumblr after my absence, I came across a post from my son where he admitted his preference for boys. Upon seeing this, I was overcome with feeling proud of my son and happy that he was now being honest with all those around him.

As soon as I had let my son know that I was proud of him and loved him, I immediately got up to bake him a cake. After much thought, I knew exactly what message to put on the cake.

Now the cake is finished and I am making ready to deliver it specially to him. I can’t wait to see my son. It has been a great length of time since I last saw him, and I think it is time for a visit.
